Job Duties and Responsibilities :
Enquiry quotation Sales Order Entry / Amendment Purchase Order Entry and order status follow up Liaison with Client OCTG Sales Hubs Order expediting and shipment Invoicing and follow up until payment received Provide documentation packages Signing the customers invoices Keeping the record of VME Stock material in pentagon Checking all the supplier invoices & approve for payment KPI’s on allocated customers/ suppliers Ensure accurate data input in SAP Meeting with key customers Job Requirements and Qualifications :
Required to have experience in this area of work and with a good level of education. Accomplished computer skills – proficient in Excel, Word and Powerpoint and SAP is a must Have the ability to work with & guide the team. Is able to accept tasks and deadlines specified by others, with minimal supervision. Is able to prioritise and mange administrative tasks for several customers. Manages and delivers on tasks given Manage time effectively by understanding priorities to achieve results. Fluent in written and spoken English. Proficient communication skills required for liaison with other members of staff and customers/mills. Knowledge of OCTG business would be beneficial.
