Job Description

Job is B2B client focus on SME’s/Corporates in UAE. Employee will be more of knowledge and information provider to guide SME's /Companies on du Telecom Corporate Plans, create telecom solutions, Microsoft and other IT licenses, Cloud and Security Products, DELL Hardware etc.. You shall be able to demonstrate all of our Cloud and Connectivity Services portfolio and book orders of the same from companies in UAE. Fixed Salary + Incentives. Also 3~5 days in a month training will be provided to continuously enhance skills through Microsoft, Google, DELL, Telecom Products/Services, Other Top IT companies or our principle vendors directly etc.
· Microsoft Licenses + Other Cloud Products like McAfee, Kesperskey etc.
· M365, Azure Cloud : Seats(licenses)/Month - Technical/ Deployment expertise .
· du Telecom : Lines/MRC - SMB/Enteprise du Telecom
· du Telecom : New accounts acquisition from Etisalat Fiber territories
· Bulk SMS –Subsdised SMS services with Sender ID and Short with Mini CRM interface.
· Website – Design -Domain Registration/ Email/Website Design
· VMware. Veam etc.Data Centre Solutions
B2B : SMB & Enterprise Enablement in digital transformation journey.
· Experience on Selling Microsoft and other Cloud/ ICT Products & Service like Cisco, Dell, EMC, Fortinet, Oracle, McAfee, VmWare, Kesperskey, Drop Box, AWS, Google Cloud etc.
· Telephony experience with deployment of Skype4business or Teams, Cisco, Avaya, Unify, Mitel etc.
· Cloud services, Managed security and professional services for modern work place.
· Able to hit the ground running by delivering sales no's.
· New opportunity identifications and deliver monthly and quarterly Sales Target.
· Strong pipeline and Closure of Sales covering META region including UAE, GCC countries.
· Must have develop multi-level relationships with key decision makers and senior executives to ensure retention and relationship stability.
· Build and maintain relationships with key decision makers and senior management.
· Achieving and managing monthly sales forecasting and pipeline management, while keeping track of credit facilities and stock availability parameters.
· Collect Market intelligence data including environmental, customer and competitor information and initiatives and analyze the same to pre-empt its impact on the business.
· Liaising with account managers of different IT vendors and involving them to assist in closing big deals while working closely with key Distributor contacts.
· Complete RFPs and proposals follow up on submissions and close business. Be aware of organizational growth initiatives regarding market and target customer segments, and the company’s potential to meet customer needs.
· Manage partner relationships to increase business and identify new opportunities for company partnerships.
· Keep track on an on-going basis on market and regulatory changes in the region, Termination rates trends, Competition activities & Knowledge of new entrants.
· Proven work experience as a Sales Representative
· Excellent knowledge of MS Office, Presentation and Client Service Management
· Experience with CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships
· Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
· Knowledge and understanding of the Regional market (customers, partners, economic trends) experience in Account Management, Sales & Business Development, Client Relationship Mana
