Job Description
Job Summary: Looking for an Accounts / Admin Executive in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Duties:
Manage accounts Payable/Receivables

Tasked with petty cash management

In charge of handling clients / customers

In charge of sending customer inquiries

Email management to company customers

Make Purchase Orders,

Tasked with sourcing for the supply of products/materials

Determine the lowest cost for products/materials

Keenly track and record orders

Receive orders and document arrivals

Source and interview vendors

In charge of negotiating contracts and costs

Job Qualifications and Experience

The applicant must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting

Two years of related work experience

Experience in inventory management

Experience in managing sourcing / procurement

Vendor management experience is a pre-requisite

Data Entry skills

Communication Skills,

Knowledge of the trial Balance and P & L Account Knowledge in Quick books, Tally, MS Excel & Word.

Valid U.A.E driving Licence.
